San Antonio, stuff to do? Eat? Drink? Whatever.

Headed to San Antonio for work. WTF? Staying near the Riverwalk. Guessing it is shit. How many bubba gumps does this world need?

But seriously. What doesn’t suck in that town? Breweries? Tex Mex? Strippers? Blow? Rent a motorcycle?

I fucking hate Texas but am going into it with an open mind, or as open as it can be. Jesus Christ.

What did Jim Bowie say to Davy Crockett as Santa Ana and his troops approached the Alamo?

"You didn't tell me we were pouring concrete today."

Fun fact: I still yell that the second I land in Texas, every time. The goal is usually to embarrass whoever I’m with, but without fail, someone around me will yell the second part back, sometimes more than one person, claps and all, and my cup is then filled for the day.

I'd go to the Lonesome Rose and see Garrett T. Capps.

Only been to Texas once, on a long six flags/baseball stadium road trip. Almost the moment we crossed the border, we saw a dude in a pickup truck riding the grass on the opposite shoulder, going north with about twenty cop cars behind him in a slow speed chase. The truck had no rubber left, 100% on rims. San Antonio was hot as fuck- like the inside of a pizza oven hot. The Alamo was way smaller than you would expect. The Riverwalk was ok. Everybody seemed nice.

Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

    PM Montuckey Fried.

He was my ski buddy in Big Sky for a lot of years. Good dude. He lives in SA, can probably point you in the right direction.
