For a few extra bucks, Rega will also help with any cows you might need airlifted off the mountain.

    Anyone else on the fence?
kayak shows flights in the $610-$700 range from the West coast, $450+ from Boston.

At $200/day at the Alta of the Alps, with Italian hospitality, Swiss precision and maggots on the hunt, it can't be beat.

Do you do any sleeping adjustments prior to leaving for the 9 hour time change?

My circadian rhythm gets f'd with just a 3 hour change to the East coast

I bring melotonin along. Trader Joes' has a "Calming Sleep Formula" that works well for me when I'm there.
Then again, it's kid in the candy store when I'm there, so I'm pretty keyed during the day.

If you can sleep on flights, set yourself up for that with whatever mechanism work for you.

    Great!
Looks like yurp is getting some decent snow in the next few days. Hopefully the 10 day plays out too.

What’s the situation with bringing goodies across borders in yurp, visiting my cousin in Amsterdam during my layover. I think we’d all enjoy some PEDs

I'm told it's been done, but I know nothing about it.
    Nothing.

Hi, I've dropped you a PM, did you get it?
To everyone: we are super busy and super stoked to be hosting you guys!!! We still have lots of rooms, but we've closed all of them across all booking channels, that's why you won't find any rooms available on the net.. we want to make sure, that only maggots will be at the Lodge... So just write me a mail or a PM

Yes, I think I'm going to cancel.
I feel like a shit and had contacted vendul earlier about the potential.

My apologies to the rest of those planning on going.

I could go on about rationale, but the main point is to withdraw and cancel before the reservations are not cancellable.

Unfortunately cancelling is the way to go. The coming precip will wash away everything below 2000.

And in the disentis area there just isn't any snow anyway.

Hi everyone, as I wrote to the ones that contacted me, don’t feel obligated, we understand 100% if you cancel…. I’m sure Next year will be better. @subtle we still have more than 9 cm at 2400m 🤣🤣🤣…that is a station positioned on a sunny and wind exposed sloped, in fact as you see it never has much snow

Coming few days look warm but 2nd half of March shows promise and could deliver great conditions above 2000m…
