N+1 has caught up with me!

Dynafit Beast 16, used 1.5x seasons. Great binders, just never caught on in popularity. I used them during the record 2016 season at Jackson Hole as a daily driver, and they performed very well both on and off piste.
    $125 plus ship.

Sally 916 Lab Metal and RED - these are old and used many a season, but are bomb proof. Mostly just selling to someone for parts or sentimental reasons. Fully functional, but at least 15 years old or more.

Dynafit Vulcan 28, 314 bsl. Used about 80 days. Still have lots of life, but show a good amount of wear.
    $125 plus ship.
    Will post pics if interest!

Odd, in the photos the toes and heel cups on those 916's look like the plastic 914 or STH16, not the aluminum 916. Doesn't make sense, never heard of a plastic 916. But it says 916 on the toes.

They are the 916 Lab version, which I hardly ever see. This was the first iteration of the Lab marketing, waaaay before it got used for the backcountry products

I now just used my 184 Billy Goats for everything. They are more predictable. I’d like to A/B the new commander series to the old Belafontes.

I like my Billy Goats for deeper snow. Mine are older versions and aren’t much fun on firm snow. I liked the Belafonte for shallow crud, chalky wind affected, and firm snow. I never really liked the Moments as a powder ski but for stupid fast runs that include some groomed and some off-piste they are really fun.

My Mini-Review from many years ago: At first I didn't like them but dulling the tips fixed that. In crud, they are just amazing and can handle a lot of speed with more ability to scrub or shut down than XXLs and Stormrider Pro’s they replaced. More serious than playful. Really confidence-inspiring in cut-up snow and soft bumps. Like to go FAST. Lots of overlap with mx98s.

These are the triple camber belafontes! I enjoyed the regular cambered version, and had a pair that I retired after 10 years.

What size brakes on the beast16? I still have some skis that have inserts for that binding.

Super wide 130mm brakes. Had them on 122mm waist skis.

I’ll be away from home until next week. I’ll see if I still have the insert screws for beast16s when I get home. They were very specific screws that were hand ground heads if I recall.

I'd grab those orange FKS 14s on the Blizzards for the right price, and if someone wants the skis flat.

Bumpertown for the Bonerfontes... I mean, Belafontes. I learned today that they made those in triple-camber! I snagged a pair last year with that same top sheet, but it's a regular camber/shape version. Rad skis with steezy binders.

All messages responded to. Having some issues getting notifications for the PMs on this app.

Bamboo core, you still interested in the Praxis?
