Really fast XC bike. Just enough suspension in the back to take the edge off.

I would like a nice xc like that, but if I bring another bike home my wife is gonna kill me.

    Amaright?
Actually I have 2 lightweight bikes (actually three if you add in my Farley fat bike for snow), and so now I’m going for an Enduro heavy duty truck-like bike to get something completely different, and teach myself to actually do jumps larger than 3 inches

Broach the yet-another-bike topic first. Then the threesome will go over as a nice compromise.

Well of course. I have 7, but I don't have one light weight XC, so you're saying I need two. That's good feedback for the discussion. Or wait, if we're discussing the other thing, I'm good with one. I can't handle two.

Before the slide, there's used to be a bunch of little disconnected slots between the cedars in there.
    We called it Drift City.

If they're clearing it that low. they need to put in snowmaking now.

My love for the 1975 Red Sox is beyond any other team, in any other sport, all time forever. This dude was part of that crazy summer when I was ten years old living a stones throw from beach down in Scituate, Mass.

We played home run derby style wiffle ball in the backyard every night. Over the fence, HR. Off the back part off the roof or past the big tree in the air, Triple. Past the deck in the air, Double. Past the pitcher in the air, Single. No bases, two man teams. Keep track of whose on base in our heads. We had the sweet cheesy plastic, Red Sox batting helmets, we would use white medical tape and put numbers on the back. I was always #24, another big part of the best summer of my first decade.
