    Safe temp for board transport/storage?

I'm moving from Portland to Spokane (technically, I moved already, but haven't brought all the stuff is here yet). All the snowboards are going in a Upak trailer which will be delivered to Spokane, but will be in transit for several days. Seems like the inside of a trailer can get up to around 130 degrees, should I be worried about delamination or other damage?

Because of course they ship snowboards from the factory to stores in refrigerated trucks?

Oh, the right answer was "search, jong"

sounds like I should put some wax on them first so they get a multi-day hotbox

Heh, there's a splitboard in there, so that counts, right?

More info: I have a friend who's been making/selling boards as a one-man operation for about five years. I asked him the question above and he said he presses his boards at 180 degrees and thinks there'd be no concern about heat-related damage up to 150 or 160.

Climbing skins might not be so happy at those temps, at least the glue.

Oh, thanks for mentioning that -- I'll take the skins in the car.

Aww, XXX-er was just saying that he has no beef with being gay, just with snowboarding. It's OK, we knuckle draggers just need our own Stonewall moment.

And TBH, most snowboarders don't even want to hang out with me. Something about ruts or something.

I’m very used to the joke.
But I just don’t care for it. I have friends and family that are gay. I’ve said used the joke before too many times but I’ve changed my ways. It’s a respect thing for me.

Doesn't your snowboard already get pretty hot with the pizzas sitting on top of it?

Nah man, I only deliver wings. It was too hard to compete with Domino's.

Also, "snowboard"? Now that's a low blow. I'll have you know it's "snowboards", thank you very much.

Snowboards might be ok in that heat, but the fruit boots will definitely melt
