It is impossible working with them

They don’t understand simple declarative sentences

Most all these IT recruiters are a fucking joke. I really can't believe companies pay for this shit.
You could grab literally any junior level car sales person to do that job.
Don't get me started on the work visa manipulation bullshit with them, I have sat in sham technical interviews with intentionally unqualified local candidates just so they can check off that they tried.
So fucking corrupt, they aren't finding the best candidates for the companies, they are finding the bear candidates to line their pockets with.

the south azns have been a saving grace locally at the safeway stocking the shelves & taking the money, they all speak engrish talk kinda quiet but with no accent so its easy to understand them
tunisian cooks, persian cooks, the czech beer servers, the russian figure skating coach is a fun guy/ pretty good guitar player at open mike night
its all been great and its not like they are stealing jobs cuz there aren't enough people

It’s a scam, but it’s supported/perpetuated by the endless conglomerate of middle managers that staff large corporations. On paper, it’s “easier” for them to fill candidates via these agencies that actually manage any of the HR/hiring/interviewing process themselves. I took a software engineering role at a large sportswear company Through one of these agencies (Though thankfully not Indian run) and literally all my coworkers and even many of our managers/leads were also contracted employees. This allowed the corporation to not have to pay anyone full benefits. Not to mention that 75% of coworkers were on HNB visas. Didn’t stay long.
