Best options for bulk meat in utah?

Person watching our place didn’t notice the freezer door was left open….came home to a garage filled with the smell of death and all the food bad. We had cooked a bunch ahead and froze along with various meats etc.

Anyway. Looking to restock now that the mess is cleaned up. Thinking of buying in bulk, 1/4 of beef, chicken, pork, lamb….anyone have local farmer links or thoughts to point me somewhere besides the butcher shop?

There's a FB group for Colorado, "Shop Colorado Farms", perhaps there's a similar one in UT? Lots of ranchers list their products in there.

Though I will admit the old school way of pricing it baffles me, the actual weight vs the hanging weight vs what you actually get.
