Snorkel Hot Tub - brand new

*******Just sold on Craigslist; if it falls though I'll update this listing.*****

Unbuilt, never used. Bought by the last manager, but we don’t need it. About $6k new, make a reasonable offer. It’s the 7x4 Deluxe Stainless package, 3 benches, black iron hoops. Located in central Oregon.

Is it a wood-fired, gas or electric unit?

Sadly, wood fired will not work. HOA prohibits wood fires of any sort.
Really nice tub though. Way nicer than the ghetto unit we built in Humboldt out of wine barrels

    Good luck

It's a long shot but at that pricing difference see if you can return yours/sell yours back to the company so they can make another 4k on it.

off topic but how do you prevent these things from freezing when you are away for awhile in climate zone 7?

Drain it. Pretty sure this thing is a fill and spill each time you use it, otherwise it would’ve included some sort of filter and shit like that.

ya a client I work for got one. He drains it every times he leaves VT and fills it back up. Takes like 6-8 hours to get it warm. I dunno. Seems like an awful waste of water if you are in a climate where it freezes. But then again, better then getting hammered with electric charges.

My buddy has one of these and if you have free firewood these are great. We made a cover out of rigid insulation and once it's hot it takes a really long time to freeze.
If I were closer I would totally grab this.

Snorkel Hot Tub - brand new

This would be a very cool addition to my island. I’ve got unlimited access to water (it’s an island, duh) plus huge amounts of wood.

Unfortunately shipping would be way too expensive. I think I will build a wood fired sauna though.

Get it if you can Harry. I had a snorkel for years and it was awesome. Great craftsmanship, the cedar smells great, sturdy. Mine was gas fired, but the wood burner system also looks bomber.
