    Canada cell and internet outages??

What do you do when you wake up and have no internet, then try to call the ISP to also see you have no cell phone service?

Rogers network experiencing Canada-wide wireless and internet outage

Hacked? Cyber Attack? Or, just somebody super fired???

it is horrible, I had to go into the office for the first time in weeks

It is a big disruption though, 1 of our 2 major providers is down and it's affecting everything from debit transactions to 911 services

I think it is time we realized - the Beavers have not forgotten the fur trade.

Make hats out of our ancestors will ya!

    Vengeance will be ours.

The beavers took out Babine lake rd which is now gona cost big coin,

if they had " The Beaver guy " on retainer Billy could have pre-emptively saved the gov a bunch of money and hassles

Speaking of this, most Vancouverites weren't affected since they're all in Seattle for the Blue Jays series.

If the Russkis can train a dolphin:

What's to stop them from training a beaver? The noble beaver is at least as smart as those tuna munchers!

I say bring back felt hats!!!!

Ha. So many old farts, preppers, and little businesses out in the sticks around here that I always carry a bit of cash. Enough for a night’s stay, a meal or two, and a tank of petrol to get back to civilization. Price of fuel these days is a bit of an issue, but otherwise golden. Mostly only Telus here so phones are fine, but lots of interact down hurting the local businesses. Monopolies suck, but the backbone infrastructure to cover a country like Canada is equally a challenge. Not something that capitalism can solve. Damn fibre cable is 200m from my house, yet Telus won’t connect the town. Hurts cause it’s a factor in getting med staff for our hospital. Seriously fucked up system, and the shitshow south of the 49th isn’t helping.

Hard to imagine there's a single failure point for the entire country. Hopefully their ass gets held to a fire over this.
