if it was just a gag that guy was putting to start with, it would transform into performance art as soon as somebody interacted with him.

However, he could also just be the new guy at the limo company and they’re straight up fuckin with him. That would be a good one. fucker would be waiting there all day, is all kinds of people comin up an pestering him with inside jokes and he would have no fucking idea what the fuck they were talking about.
