Took off from my 2005 Tundra SR5 - 6' bed.
Comes with hardware, but one of the struts is broken (25$ part) and the locks need to be replaced. I ordered new locks from Undercover about 5 years ago and expect they are still available.

Constructed of UV protected ABS composite material
Cover comes with a removable LED work light and retriever tool
Easy, no-drill installation
