Used RV prices too good to be true?
Seeing tons of RVs on Facebook Marketplace for like 1/10th what they seem to go for at used RV dealer sites.. Here's an example.. What's the catch here??
2001 Winnebago Rialta 22QD Model 21'8''
$1,200
The price is: $1200.
I always kept it in garage, no rust, no dents, original paint, no accidents and clean title without any liens or encumbrances. Excellent condition. It is a non-smoker, non-pets in this RV. It was just serviced 3 days ago, new tires, tags up to date, etc.

Another one.. Maybe to rent it for a week?
2001 Winnebago Minnie Winnie RVs
$1,400
Doesn't say rentals, there's another 1984 similar size for $1,100, 84 seems too old to be renting out..Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

I guess people are dumb enough to send money before seeing something in person? Most are local too. But if I asked them to meet me at the police station eCommerce lot before any funds move no way they'd actually show up there with an RV. There are others priced at what I'd expect them to be.
Done about 6-7 transactions on Marketplace and haven't gotten scammed. All meet in person with product first though.
I'd NEVER sent money to a stranger for goods without going PayPal GOODS & SERVICES. If they won't accept that after I offer to pay the fees I know it's a scam..Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!
