ARB Awning and room

2500x2500 (about 8'x8') and comes with a room that is like new with no holes. Awning is used in good condition - one leg sticks a bit but works. Tiny hole in the awning that doesn't affect anything. New everything is about $1000. Mine is an older versions that comes in a pleather zipped bag.

$300 for everything and pickup in SLC, no shipping. I'd separate the room and awning and sell each for $200OBO. And I can ship the room only to lower 48

This pic show it setup but the newer version is pictured, and i think the only difference is the new awnings are stored in an aluminum container, not a pleather bag but that's a guess.

Good deal. I've been impressed with ease of service of these. When you do something dumb like leave it up in 70mph winds and you break one of the legs -- replacements are easy to find and inexpensive.
