not ticking all of your boxes Buster, but worth a mention in this thread. Club Ride Apparel Blaze Vest. Got it as a gift for cold weather biking, damn if I don't find myself wearing it everywhere... out and about, under a shell skiing... sheep handling... you get the picture. I've been pretty impressed with Club Ride Apparel. Great customer service, the couple long sleeve cool bro fall/winter flannel jerseys I have look new after a fair amount of abuse. Looks like the Blaze vest is a little more substantial in its latest iteration, mine from a couple years ago is a little leaner.
