Thanks Tom, now do A-A-Ron next.

Payton seems like a weird hire for Russ, who has played best under a run heavy, play action and moving pocket gameplan, but whatever. He's got that Walmart money now!

AB is not the spiritual guide he may want, but the one that he needs?

I was at a Whistler restaurant with my Canadian friends watching the replays over and over, and even they were like: “WTF?”

I hope the report is misinformed. Brock said yesterday that he expects to begin practicing & throwing in six months, and ideally be ready to play another three months after that.

The actual tweet they link makes it clear that this is just the opinion of a TV doctor, not from any source.

He may be out anyway when TB12 decides to come out of retirement and sign with SF.

9ers coaching staff probably hopes it's true since it obviates their looming QB controversy.

Has Baker Mayfield considered the benefits of San Francisco's fractional ownership QB program?

Pffttt, Jimmy hasn't even reached his ceiling. He's started even fewer games than Baker Mayfield.

Speaking of injuries, the Super Bowl could be a letdown with two injured QBs. Mahomes especially could be even more hobbled than he was against Cincinnati. The Chiefs say he's fine but it looked like he reinjured the ankle during the game. Jalen Hurts isn't 100% either.

Wait what’s going on here? Is AB moving in on Mrs. Mahomes?

I don't know what's going to happen in the short term but the Niner's should seriously consider carrying six or seven QBs on the roster next season for obvious reasons.
