The Watson magic relied on those massage table shenanigans.

Are you talking about Watson or Wilson?

Judging by that hit on Wilson it knocked more than the rust off of him. Or out of him.

Not to create confusion but there are two NFL QB's named Wilson.

I'm not sure what's going on at 1 Jets Drive in Florham Park, but it's intriguing.

Not to change the subject, but we have a game tonight. Yay! Unfortunately I've noticed a real lack of participation in this thread from Pats fans this year. Where are they??

Present! Tonight “should” be one of their easier games for the remainder of the season. At this point they can’t really lose another and get in the playoffs unless the jets & chargers really tank. Considering we have the bengals, raiders, bills, and dolphins left, that’s a very tall order.

I don't like it then. I'm a big fan of the AFC East and I feel like something's missing here this year.

As Big Steve might say, these Pats fans are rarer than a Kirtlands warbler.

It’s been a banner year for all the QBs that went out and got PAID, yeah?

Lamar should count his blessings he didn’t sign any $200MM+ deal this off-season lest he find himself on a 4-8 team with at least one concussion and/or social controversy.

    Thanks for checking in.

Once again Double B sticks it to the Jets and bumps them to the 9th seed.

Mac Jones appears to be establishing himself as one of the more prolific check down and screen pass QBs in the NFL. Perhaps someone is stealing the offensive committee's playbook before every game or the flappy thing on Mac's wrist only has short pass plays on it, but this offense has certainly regressed from last season. I kinda wonder if BB knew that McDaniels would get fired again after a year and just planned on keeping his seat warm this season.

Looks like Cole Beasley is back in Buffalo.

It's ridiculous how much money is going to get waived in Sean Payton's face to "save" a wrecked organization.

What an ugly list of extensions this season.

    1. Aaron Rodgers (Packers): $50.3 million (3-year, $150.8 million contract)
    2. Russell Wilson (Broncos): $49 million (5-year, $245 million contract)
    3. Kyler Murray (Cardinals): $46.1 million (5-year, $230.5 million contract)
    4. Deshaun Watson (Browns): $46 million (5-year $230 million contract)
    7. Derek Carr (Raiders): $40.47 million (3-year, $121.4 million contract)
T-8. Matt Stafford (Rams): $40 million (4-year $160 million contract)

Jalen Hurts is leading in the MVP bets and he's making $2M this year!

Most NFL contracts are year to year minus the guarantees. Derek Carr is $60mm guarantee for example.

Meanwhile no one wanted Jimmy G and before getting hurt he was outplaying all of those guys. Funny.
