I'm excited about the new Browns edge rusher, Perrion Winfrey.

    https://brownswire.usatoday.com/2022...eing-selected/

“I'm coming into kill right away with my boy Myles Garrett, the best defensive end in the game. This shit is over with,” Winfrey said during a Zoom meeting following his draft selection.

“This is me — 100 percent concentrated,” Winfrey said, mixing in plenty of barks throughout his interview while pacing around his house. “No smoke. This is how I wake up — juiced up. To be honest, I just woke up at 10:40 a.m. It’s 11:30 a.m. And I am juiced. No coffee needed.”

I'm getting this kind of vibe from him:
I still call it The Jake.

A 15 yrd sack could offset a previous 15 yd penalty, so I guess so.

With all the barking he did in his press call I got a real strong DMX vibe from him.

Ha, I forgot about that movie. Remember all of the pearl clutching about them lying down in the street and how apparently this would cause America’s children to copy it? Lol…

Hate talking NFL in May but had to come here as Brady finally admitted that the tuck rule was a fumble.

Side note: Brady also got hit in the head on that play so it should have been a 15 yard penalty. And I’m not one to defend the Patriots at all.

was the hit on the head called on the field and then reversed?
    Was it called at all?
    mentioned aside from MMQBing?

No. I mean back then technically the foul should have been "hands to the face" because Brady gets cracked right in the facemask and that essentially causes the tuck / fumble. I have good friends who are Raiders fans and I've shown them this in slow mo and then they all kind of back off and have to admit it. It's very clear.

So the whole reversal aspect, I mean, sure, you can call that BS but at the end of the day look at what happened on the actual play. The refs may have got it wrong on multiple levels but the result was fair. Correct call should have been: fumble, recovered by the defense, but offset by hands to the face, 15 yard penalty, Patriots' ball, first down. Look, I am NOT a Brady or Pats fan but I'm just being objective here. I was cheering for the Raiders in that game.

And someday you’ll likely get to enjoy several layers of hell as punishment for defending the Patriots.

So you’ve got that going for you.

    Which is nice.

I’m a Niner’s fan anyway and the Raiders are in Vegas now. I think I’m gonna be okay.

It's kind of hard to talk Niner's 22-23 ball yet. We don't even know who our starting QB is. We think we have the best WR/RB combo in the game coming in ready to play, but we're not sure.

I feel like Lynch and Shanahan kind of outsmarted themselves. What a conundrum.
