FS: New Mountain Hardwear Spire 2 4-season tent

I won it years ago in a mtn bike race. Its been sitting carefully stored in a gear crate in my garage. Never been set up. The storage sack is a little sticky because I don't think it liked being stored but the tent itself appears perfect. I can set it up in my living room is someone is interested. Some mag with big objectives use this!
MSRP was $425... I'm thinking $175? Seems reasonable for a new 4-season mountaineering tent, but feel free to price police. PayPal. Prefer local pickup in Seattle area.
