Avoiding what question? He was given a week timeout, and anyone who clicked on his profile and looked for his latest posts would see he posted on 4/20.

However, today he decided to delete numerous threads that he had started that were part of the forum, like the Real Estate thread and the bourbon thread. And that aggression will not stand, man. So we were forced to ban him while we resurrected those threads. We think we've now removed his ability to delete threads so have unbanned him.
