FS (WA): 188 Folsom Primary 110 - flat
---SOLD---
$220 picked up in north Seattle area, would split shipping.
188cm Folsom Primary 110 skis, with plugged holes from a 330mm Look Pivot binding.
Skis are in excellent condition with basically no marks on the bases anywhere. Edges are sharp with some surface rust from storage over the summer. Probably no more than 10 days on the skis.
Selling as I bought them, realized I'm way too small to ski them, and didn't want to put 297mm holes in them just to confirm I'm too small to ski them.
Build summary:
Topsheet: Stars and Stripes
Dimensions: 141mm-110mm-131mm
Radius: 25m
Camber Profile: Directional Rocker - tip rocker / camber underfoot / shallow tail rocker
Core: Poplar and Bamboo
Flex Index: Standard
Composite: 90 / 10 Glass-Carbon
Tail Shape: Round
The Pivot holes are epoxied and plugged with white plastic plugs where they'd blend in well with the white of the topsheet, and black in the blue/red areas because I don't have blue/red plugs.

If these ski anything like their 104 Blister Pros, a mag really needs to snag these. Phenomenal ski, just doesn't have the bandwagon hype of non-custom brands.

I have the Primary 110 (gold pivots) and love it. I agree with Orlon.. They don't get the love they deserve but I don't think many can get the price to work. $220 is a great deal GLWS.

sorry about your injury! Do these things ski long or short? 187 usually outside my pay grade by a little. I'm light and short. thanks.

I do not know how they ski, as I bought them and my eyes were bigger than my appetite. They look like they'd ski powerfully, but with the tip and tail rocker a little shorter than advertised.
I'm heavy and short, so maybe could have ripped around on them, but it wasn't worth adding more holes to them and probably being wrong. There's a pretty good Blister review that may give some better insight.Last edited by cstefanic; 04-17-2022 at 09:13 AM.

Interested in adding these to the quiver.
1. how stiff are they?
2.no taper? feel different from your other modern skis?
Plan on these for the 3-7" days. Got something smaller, and something bigger, but these might plug the hole i need.

These are the "standard flex", which feels similar to my flex 3 Praxis skis, though I'm not an expert in determining these differences, especially because of the length disparity between these and the others in my quiver.
There's not a bit of taper in them, so they won't ski like a 5-point, probably a lot more traditional. I never skied them, this is more of a "whoops" purchase I'm trying to then limit the wallet damage on. Guessing, though, that they'd be an excellent everyday ski for a larger human and excel in that 3-7" range you are looking at.
Still pending to phatty, with Bandit then getting second priority as he lives within stone's throw of my house, but nobody has fronted the $$ to make anything official.

Sell them to Phatty. He’s a friend and I can help out with handoff as long as he ponies up the cash.
