I’m tempering my hope til they beat literally anyone in the AL East.

So true about Hernandez. Feels like he’s disappeared. Same for Rich Hill. I’d literally forgotten he was on the team til he popped up in trade rumors this afternoon

RIP indeed. Spent many nights as a young kid with my transistor radio listening to Vin and Jerry Dogget.

    I loved Vin. Class act.

The amount of famous calls he made is just insane:
    Kirk Gibson's home run
    Hank Aaron's 715th home run
Bill Buckner's error in Game 6
    Sandy Koufax's perfect game
    Don Larsen's perfect game
    Joe Carter's Home Run

And of course, his best call ever:

OKC Dodgers were in SLC so I figured I’d go watch Dustin May and he looked great. CT3 also hit a couple bombs as well. It’s crazy just how deep this team is.

    OFFICIAL MLB 2022 THREAD

Red Sox just released JBJ. So glad they traded Renfrow, a guy who can hit, and has a monster arm for that.

I have a lot of love for JBJ, but I don’t know what he did in MKE that made people think he’d find a bat again

Just your weekly rookie Kwan interruption to say I just realized he has a 17 game hit streak going. 7th longest in the bigs this year, 2nd in the AL. He gets a hit tonight he moves up to 5th and 1st.

Mookie crushing a 3 run bomb to sweep the Giants further into irrelevance.

The 2 guys that scored are both home grown young talent.

    Kershaw stiff, don't like

How Shitty Are The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim?

Seven home runs and they lose…to the A’s! Trout and Ohtani are wasted

It's been a brutal stretch. Your LA all-star mercenary team is good. Makes me hate those head patting motherfuckers more than ever.

Giants fans are starting mumble about ownership possibly giving Farhan a do-not-spend edict. It's really tough to watch the Pads and Dodgers spend like crazy while we are sitting pat. Maybe his logarithms are showing something I don't see, but I look at that line up and I see .

Maybe they'll bring a theremin virtuoso in for this weekend's Bay Bridge series?

This series does not bode well for los Bravos
