I just put more on Cleveland. May be as invested in the tribe (can we say that??) as bmills.

They were on fire obviously at the end of the year. Glasnow still not back even 80%, Rays finished out the year 2-9. 2-4 this year vs Cleveland. 1-2 in 3 game series a week ago.

    Only -115?

The Rays offense has sucked all year. Could they bounce back? IDK. Cleveland's hitting doesn't do much either. Both teams play good baseball, it should be a good series.

Didnít even take Tito into consideration.

Itís too bad he took much of the blame in 2011ís collapse. Yes, itís on him as manager but that team was full of fucking pricks. And Larry Lucchino is the biggest prick of all.

Fuck you Larry, if youíre reading this.

I would be so happy if Lucchino was a secret Mag.

    My playoff rooting order goes:
    Phils
    Guards
    Los Doyers
    Mariners
    Mets
    Jays

If you all aren't sick of Judge, and I know you aren't, this post on Fangraphs puts his 2022 campaign into some historical context.

I think we can still call them the Tribe. I'll slip up and call them the Indians at least every other day. I've made a conscious effort though to keep it Guards or Guardos.

Doesn't do much? They "do" more than just about any other team in baseball excepting home runs. The Guardos strike out less than any other team in baseball, have the second most at-bats per game in baseball, go first to third better than any other team in baseball and are third in all of baseball for steals.

They're not lumbering brutes looking to go yard or strike out every at bat, but they play the game in an old school way and hustle their balls off creating opportunities while other teams lazily walk off when they think the play is done for.

Is that a long way of saying that they score more runs than half the teams in MLB?

You don't need to score a lot of runs, you just need to score more than the other team!

Some vendor at work sent an email asking if I wanted Jays tickets for tomorrow. Wearing this Jays hat and turning on my camera during all these conference calls has finally paid off!

Sick seats, too. 3 rows up at 3rd base. Gonna surprise the boy with a playoff game - should be fun.
