    2022 MARCH MADNESS BRACKET

Picking up the mantle from Garth…(hope you’re doing well)

Join our 2022 CBS Sports Bracket group!

Brackets are back and I’ve started a pool, TGR-Maggots22, on CBS Sports. Join now before the tournament starts so we can compete all of March Madness!

    Password: maggots22

    https://picks.cbssports.com/college-...22_and_cbsinvm

$10/entry - to be paid to the winner or the winner’s designated charity/trust fund/PAC/pet project upon conclusion of the tournament.
Don’t send me anything unless I manage to break the internet & win.

[edit]I set max brackets per player to 2…lmk if that needs adjusting
    Scoring is as follows:
    First: 1
    Second: 2
    Sweet 16: 4
    Elite 8: 8
    Final 4: 16
    Champ: 32
    Tiebreaker: final game total pts

I like brackets with total # of wins, not graduated points based upon the round. With graduated points, a person can have shit picks but win because he/she chose the winner. Anyone can stick the Zags or Wildcats in that final slot.

Eh, I mean, one year I got 30 out of 32 first round picks, but only eight the whole rest of the way. That's just as bad of a performance as randomly picking a winner, but still would have been close to winning my bracket in a total wins scoring.

My old HS bracket used to do total wins scoring. Mainly because the guy running it was bad at math. It made for a really boring bracket pool

a bump for eyeballs & pro ballers wanting in on that sweet, sweet bracket action

there is a countdown clock on the bracket page (web view anyway)
atm, it's 1 day 20hrs until brackets lock

and, a note to new signups (even to game veterans), you can change your display name in your settings if you want to just display your TRG name

[as to what time that is...clockmaff isn't my strong suit...i'm guessing it's before tipoff of the first 64 game, not the play-ins...since they're on now]
