Some funky bits added up top.

I went fully NOT frenchie, which has backfired for me plenty of times before, so we'll see how this goes. I do think Greenland is due.

I’m going with Finn - someday it’s gonna pay off when he puts it all together and gets a win

She looked better than some of the men on a couple sections. Experience was definitely showing. A perfect run top to bottom might be a bit much for her wc return but i still wouldnt be shocked if she laid one down

Not on my team, but really pulling for Dak.

Mathilde Bernard didn't start qualies, so she's out for the weekend. No explanation yet, must have taken a big one in practice.

Missed editing my team, had Mathilde as well. Brook MacDonald and Aaron Gwin in the top 20.

Laurie and Jackson look like bobble head dolls between the size of those Fox helmets and how small they are.

Keeping AP on the roster because I lack conviction, but I think this is the week Finn or Loris take it.

I dumped Amaury for cheaper options, but I'd be really surprised if he didn't take the win this week. Crazy fast, dry, and loose? That's Amaury's bread and butter. Flashbacks to his insane run a Les Gets a few years back.

Ditto. Finn has gotta win one soon, but Amaury is just a freak.

All seem to have a very real and equal shot of winning the next race.

Amaury seems to have a 75% chance of beating them all.

Loris was looking smooth and fast in the practice clips I saw.

Looks like times are going to be super tight. I bet the top 10 is within a 2-3 seconds of each other.

I thought I killed it last race as I had both AP and Finn on my team then they finished #1 and 2!

Unfortunately the rest of the misfits on my teams got me like 30 points between them

Yeah I had that happen on the first round or two (had Thibaut and Benoit). After that I've taken a consistent high placing anchor for men's & women's (AP & Cami) then just try to moneyball the rest based on seasonal points. I haven't won any rounds, but I'm consistently improving each time. I think I got 3rd last round either here or on Ridemonkey.

That's more or less been my strategy so far and it's worked pretty well. So for this race I decided to completely abandon that strategy and fuck everything up. Should make for an exciting race.

I’m still going with the strategy of picking riders I really like and then cursing them with my support. Vibes to Vali and Dak.

This was my strategy forever... you can see where I'm at in the standings this year.

    Gwin had a fast quali.

loose, dusty, and fast af is kinda his thing.

Damn, great race! Good to see Gwin back in the mix. Also interesting to see that the fastest time of the day was Jackson Goldstone in the juniors.

Pretty sure my team did terribly, but so it goes.

Jackson is obviously fast as fuck, but I'm sure riding earlier helped. The track was visibly more hammered by the end of the elite men than it was for the women.

I finally put AP on my team.. ugh.

That was one hell of a race. LV put down close to a perfect run. Those two turns at the bottom and one right hander on the virtual straight where they have the rider next to the leader made about 1 second difference.

The gap.. a few of the guys that hit it were on the brakes so hard going into the trees there was no way it was faster for them.
