If you’re bringing a trailer you can just park at my place up the hill. I should be there about 1-2pm tomorrow. If anyone needs a google pin let me know.

Theres some good pull throughs for campers. Not sure if water is on in the campground. Could be on at Jarvie or Indian. I'd say fill your recreational type vehicles in Rock Springs, Dutch, Vernal, wherever you are flinging your poo in from. If Indian is fully operational, theres a dump and potable water. Just don't know status yet.

By the way, fishing sucks in Brown's Park. All you Colorado kooks, spread the word.

As far as fees for the group site; whomever can put the largest pinecone in their mouth, sideways, while saying "HUDGE" without drooling, should get a free few nights. Not requiring much there...but for sure.

Someone should bring a trail camera or two to record things not done around the campfire, then maybe we could get on Flylords or Short Bus Travels (or whatever the hell those things are). I dunno anyone else on the intraweb or the U-toob.

EDIT- I fully expect an appearance by Frozen or Punani this year.

    4/20 On the Green

Enjoy boys! I had my gear packed - the boat hooked up to the truck and was ready to roll when contract negotiations broke down on one of my projects. So I’m packing a suitcase and headed to the airport instead.

Edited to add - Fucking Attorneys

Yep, I made it. No other folks camping so plenty of room.

Little breezy on the way down but nice drive. I love road trips.

Got out for a short afternoon float. I went 1 for 5 on the streamer. Tried to feed a couple rising fish but no luck. Picky fuckers. Sounds like it was pretty slow for the others in our group.

    Stellar weather

Great shot! Can see my favorite BH spot (#5). Wish they hadn't added the shitter though.

WTF is with flows dropping to 900cfs this morning? Will be in Browns Park next week and was really looking forward to a consistent 1800cfs during the day.

That's my trailer at #5. Great spot.

Floated the B. Flows were super low and fishing was weird. Nymphers were picking 'em up. I got one on a dry (christened my new bamboo rod) and one on a streamer. Moved another dozen or so on the streamer but couldn't close the deal.

Any idea what type of bird? Oriole maybe?

Thanks!! I was trying to figure it out last night but was tired and gave up. I'll add this one to my list.

    Lots of birds around camp.

Another slow day for me. We floated C and I moved three fish on streamers but got nothing in the net. Weird couple days of fishing but big thanks to Lumpy for giving me a lot of time in the front of his boat.

I'm outta here tomorrow. Hopefully the rest of spring fairs better for me in Montana.

Holy fuck that was fun. I wish one of the mods would quit having buttsex with Jer and I could post pics. Fishwise this was our best 4/20 ever. While most of the crew did a B on Friday we floated an Indian to Swallow and did real well. Brought five fish to the net and lost a couple others, moved a bunch more. Saturday was a bit slower but we still brought a couple to the net and I was stoked to see Bryan get one. He’s been to the last three 4/20s and this was his first fish. He admittedly doesn’t try very hard but was super excited to get one to the boat.

These trips are always kinda like herding cats, everyone has their own agenda and nobody wants to make a decision. We made it all work out and I think everyone had fun. Looking forward to seeing Roo’s video and interpretation of it all.

Fun weekend. Great to see everyone. I also cannot post pictures, but I here's an IG reel if anyone cares to click:

The video will be on YouTube in 2 weeks. I'll post it here.
