You got anything on the effectiveness of the refinery attacks? I want them to be working, but it's not clear they are much more than propaganda value (which is a value) and some attrition. Like a tank farm gets hit, and 1 tank out of 20 burns to the ground. How disruptive is that? 5% in the region served by that tank farm? Could be less. E.g. if I need 10 tanks of storage on average, having 19 tanks instead of 20 impacts me minimally or not at all. I see lots of pretty explosions, but no reports of gas prices doubled in Belgorod or rationing in Rostov. Surely there's some effect, but anything dramatic?
