Right? The Beastie Boys, Roots, and a whole host of hip hop groups from the golden era play their own instruments. Modern day rap has been a mess of autotune and mumbling nonsense, and all trap sounds exactly the same. I'm not getting a whole, "hey let's figure this out in the studio on the keyboard kind of vibe going on, rather a bunch of, hey Mr. Producer, fix this in post."

I will preface by saying this was perhaps the second time this year I watched any part of an NFL game. Could not have cared less about the Rams or the Bengals, but was in the F LA camp and would have preferred to see the Bengals get it.

As for the halftime show, I thought it was pretty badass to see Dre and Snoop opening things up. They are legends, and to see them on that stage was cool. That Snoop Dogg hit a J prior to going on is probably expected for him, but damn...
