Anyone need a Manitou fork tool kit?

Free to a good home, I ended up with a spare set.

Well that was fast! Timestamps indicate that NW_Skier just barely called the first dibs, but I think it needs to go to Dee as it will get used to service bikes for free for a good cause.

Hah, I had the same thought. Sounds like a worthy reason, though.

Thanks Dantheman, these tools arrived Wednesday and I was able to come up with a plan.
The kit consists of a 24mm 6 point flat faced socket, an 8mm thin walled deep socket, and a Manitou specific modified cassette tool.

I own a 24mm top cap socket, I chose a sacrificial spare 8mm deep socket and ground 1.1 mm off the outside to match the thin wall thickness. As for the cassette tool I was able to use a dermal cutoff wheel to modify and cut up a cassette locking tool, and match the opening on the Manitou part.

I think I now have what I need to service a Manitou.

NW_Skier, PM me with an address and I'll ship the original tool kit out to you.

    Thanks again to Dantheman.

^ NSMB had a nice servicing article and it mentioned DIY tool.

Manitou sent me a free kit since I had a warranty issue.
Know of a pair of Fischer Ranger 107Ti 189s (new or used) for sale? PM me.
