Well I have a friend who's a Psych PhD and works with hoarders (she was actually on the show a few times). I'll put going into those houses up there with getting shit on, though thats probably a different experience then most social workers.

Not a social worker, but I've prosecuted and defended lots of assaults where the victim is someone doing their job. And for certain jobs, we have decided to elevate a misdemeanor assault to a felony just because of the profession the person is in. This only applies if the person is performing their official duties at the time of the assault. The professions that get increased protections are nurses, doctors, healthcare providers, cops, firefighters, bus drivers, and you will love this one, attorneys, and anyone involved in the court proceeding (but only if the assault is at the courthouse). So if I punch Unicorn on the street, it's just a misdemeanor assault. But if I punch Unicorn while he is wiping my ass at the doctor's office, it's a felony.

Opiods stops the movement through the bowels, and I was on multiple levels of them following the fx femur. After multiple days of lack of movement, it became rather uncomfortable. Ended up in the ER to confirm. Ended up with multiple warm water flushes, enemas, suppositories to encourage relief.

Kind of ended up being right up there with a colonoscopy.
