Agree completely—FB was a ride once trail. Biggest downside is the extra both ways traffic it will add to shonter and besaw.

And traffic down Besaw can come at high velocity with some blind corners and riding up shonter has similar issues, KTA has shown an ability to come up with solutions to the closures so far. Hopefully they can pull another rabbit out of their hat

What I don't get is staying there. Sell out for good money now that KT is big and just fuck off somewhere else. It will be interesting if the town ever gets involved in right of ways given that I'm sure KT drives probably 50%+ of tax revenues.

I think they're an old Burke family with mega acreage and a 'why don't you all fuck off and leave us alone' viewpoint, they're not the only ones that feel that way.
