A few trail networks are open around here but not much. I believe Cady Hill, Mt. Peg, Pine Hill and Saxon are open or partially open. I've I'm also noticing too many people shamelessly poaching currently closed trails recently and sharing it on Strava. Whatever.

Really hoping with warmer temps and sun this weekend there will be more options.

Central to Southern NH is all pretty good to go. Maples are starting to open up so things should keep drying out further. I rode Franklin Falls last weekend and it was great. I imagine same goes a bit further north too.

Do we ever close? Yeah, you shouldn't ride, but I've never heard of closures. Live free or die...except weed and you're buying your tequila from golden dome biatches

22 NE - Just get out and ride

Got out a bit after dawn this morning because I knew Cady Hill would be a zoo today. I didn’t see a soul the whole ride.

First proper mtb ride of the year, first proper ride on the new Nimble 9 too. Dirt was perfect.

22 NE - Just get out and ride

The trail riding conditions in central VT are prime right now - get it while it’s good! Low humidity and lack of a leaf canopy (which will change soon) is keeping roots and rocks moisture-free - everything is grippy - even the sketchy, off-camber ledgy stuff. Doesn’t get much better.

Beautiful night to explore Cape Elizabeth. Intended on doing a short loop. Even cutting out a bunch of the fun stuff, still ended up with 15 miles. The riding was prime!

Yes, sir. I had to mostly ignore Robinson’s due to time. There are a lot of fun side trails there that I wanted to try out on the chromag.

For sure. I can ride straight from my place so it’s real convenient. Let me know.

Also been trying to find a way to get over to Gorham after work since it’s close by, if that’s of interest

Had a great time suffering through 50ish miles and 5k+ of vert at the Waterbury Gravel Grinder yesterday with a few buddies from Boston. We started in the pouring rain but it tapered off to showers. A classic wet, muddy sufferfest followed beers and burgers. It's my 4th year doing this ride and they still manage to keep it chill and fun.

Carriage Roads in Acadia opened last week to cycling for the season. Got in my second ride of the season as the fog rolled in.

Then home for some meatloaf and roasted veggies. Some eat to ride… I ride to eat.

There seemed to be too much black carbon entering the World at the time, so I had Mitch Pryor conjure up a Paladin for me.

Three new trails in Gorham; Ramble On, Purple Haze, and Knolly Roller (which was opened at the tail end of last year). Ramble on has one of the first elevated features in the area. Purple haze is a mini jump line with three well placed jumps and one small gap. Nothing wild but a nice addition to the network.

The Chromag has been seeing some love lately. It’s so fun
