Anyone want my house in Park City for the summer?

I'm thinking of taking the family back East for the summer, maybe to Yurp for a bit.

That leaves my house in Park City empty. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2500 square feet. The mtb trail network here is pretty special. Roll from the garage to flow trail laps, 5000 vertical foot alpine suffer tests, lift-served bike park laps, or any combination of the above. Take the bus home if your legs are thrashed.

Legit maggot pricing is available. Rental periods under 30 days are not. Them's the HOA rules. Partial trades or housing swaps for the right place in New England for a bit would be welcome. PM me if you want to talk bro pricing or hook me up with your beach house in Maine for a couple weeks.

I would of totally taken this opportunity in past summers…would of made for an excellent summer for all of us.

Kids have summer internships/jobs that make family travel impossible these days….but when they were younger we all loved our trips to UT. (They grew up too damn fast….)
