[FS] Freeride Systems Black Antero II - Large

I *think* it’s from 2016, worn less than 10 times. Pet hair and smoke free home. The FRS parka fit me better and I need room in my closet, so your gain. 200 OBO

Not my FRS size, but how would you compare with the parka? I've had my eye on those and thinking about making that switch myself.

I have a large parka with untaped seams, between the 3 FRS jackets (Antero II medium and large), it fits me (5’8” 200) the best. I have a longer torso and shorter legs, so the length without the boxiness is great. I can get the hood over my helmet almost fully zipped and never feel too constricted while skiing. Wish it had put zips and inner skin pockets like the Antero series, but that’s a super minor complaint. It’s by far the most functional/comfortable jacket I own, and what I usually ski in.

It looks like they have a great price on it rn. If you can find it in your size, and you’re on the fence, I’d pull the trigger.

This jacket is actually highly sought after as we have not had the fabric to produce many colors in the lately due to fabric minimum order quantities. Consequently we never have Mediums, Large or black recently. This is the $400+ lightweight pool table felt height fleece interior. Fully waterproof breathable membraned seam taped jacket that is quiet and has just a bit of stretch. A really great jacket for cold climates that would take less layering than wearing our pure hardshell. Looks like you can get this one for a $200 discount !

Sweet jacket, I know I've seen plenty of people looking for the elusive black FRS pieces. If this was a medium I'd be all over it.

No. It's a breathable waterproof softshell material. Burly AF. I've got close to 400 days on one that I bought used and it looks brand new. I've resisted so far but it's difficult. I just don't need a 3rd Antero 2. #2 hasn't even been worn yet. Also have a 2+ (hardshell). And several other FRS jackets of various vintages. Yes, I have a problem....

and this is therein where our problem as a company lies...if we were savvy bidness minded men...we would implement planned obsolescence. but somehow it seems averse to principles
