Bomber Bentley Skis - Any Reviews?

Seem like a really compelling option for the TGR community. Any reviews?

Do the 24k gold tip and tail inserts help with dampness?

Is it uncouth to own Bentley skis if you don't also own a Bentley?

Does it come stock with demo Marker bindings or are those on top of the $3750?

Can you mount two sets of bindings so that your driver skis them for you while you sit there looking bored?

So many questions. Help!

I found a pair on ebay... for $1250...

I put an offer in and it was declined.

What would be an actual reasonable offer for a 2-3 year old front side ski, that doesn't have any info about how it actually performs, that hasn't been mounted?

I mean, the prices for those skis is already unreasonable. How much bacon did you offer? Did they decline because your bacon offer was not enough, or they (incorrectly) do not view bacon as currency?

Bentley Concierge hooked me up for free - if you don’t count the cost of multiple Bentleys.

I was trying to see what other mags would think would be a reasonable offer given that the skis have no reviews/background that's found online, before spilling the beans.

But.... I figured $100 (~$150 total cost including shipping) for a new pair of skis, was a reasonable price given the risk and the fact that the skis were 172s.
