Interesting as my Asteroids felt a couple ticks stiffer than my Mantras. Such a good ski that Asteroid. Love the Monsters as well.

I can live with a couple ticks, depending on what tick scale you’re using.

    I'm all about supporting your endeavor, but I ain't supporting UPS with a 106.00$ to ship a $25.00 T-Shirt.
Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.

    Holy shit! What's your location?

Marshal, you should have stickers, by the way. 20x7cm vinyl ones.

$125 tee, then. Seen worse, but wouldn't buy. Heh. Fwiw, I got no shipping upcharge when adding tees to a ski order. Haven't ordered quite yet. Waiting for @adrgha to get back to me on a combined order with kid_kapow.

Ordering three pair to Norway adds up to about $84, four pair about $75,fwiw. Plus the usual customs bullshit, mva and in-country forwarding.

OK! I think I fixed it. Tested for shipping local and abroad (CAD and EU).
Please share feedback on if the rates, for both skis and swag, make sense!

I really appeciate all the positive feedback and support. Thanks to you all.

Usps is now an option for my location in Norway, as long as only skis, no softgoods, are ordered. $200/4 pair. $165/3. Not bad at all, marshal.

I noticed a 180cm R99 option, however it's sold out and the description says 188cm only. Will the 180 be available for us short folks?

Great question. I was indeed guaging interest in a shorter R99 and R87.
    The 180 R99 and 175 R87 are now buyable!

    Yes!!

Have been looking at the Pure 99 from blossom and would much rather buy from you. Guessing your 99 can’t be too far off from blossoms?

When is the end of pre ordering?

So I know this is TGR and all, but I need someone to convince me the 180 R99 isn't too much ski for me (the 175 R87 is super appealing if the R99 is too much).

5' 5", 140lbs. Race background and ski Squaw/Alpine meadows. So lots of crud and wide open spaces. Currently the longest ski I own is a custom praxis concept (116) in 177 with Heavy Hitter core and 4 flex. Also have a pair of on3p woodsman 96 in 172 (but are more like 175...).

Besides a few runs on Women's FIS GS skis I have never been on a 180+ ski. Used cheater GS skis in my racing days due to small east coast courses. I am 100% confident I could get the R99s down groomers gracefully but feel like they might be a handful off-piste. Or I could just send it because turning is lame.

They share the same mold, yes indeed!

The blossom Pure skis are fairly soft and use a lighter construction that Blossom's other skis. Like the newer stocklis that are much softer and more "luxury" than they used to be. I will restore the 99 to its proper glory and give them some backbone. Essentially it is the Blossom Race and All mountain ski construction in the pure mold.

    Hope that helps!

Great questions. If you like the Woodsman, and just wished it was "a bit more", then the R99 180 would be great, but to be certain, it is a "bit more" all around. It will be about 6cm longer, a bit heavier, and a bit more engaged on edge.

I prep every pair of skis out of the wrapper with the tune to ensure they drift really nicely, so I wouldn't worry about that.

I was planning on immediately putting a 3 degree side edge on the R87’s. Sounds like I should at least give the ‘factory’ tune a chance if you’re putting in that effort.

they will arrive 2x deg side edge, hand polished and fully beveled end to end. Please feel free to bump em to 3 on the 87… but if you care enough about tuning to make those mods, give em a go first, and let me know what you think of my handiwork

Thanks Marshall and mags for input. 138s ordered. Many years ago Marshall was hooking me up with mounts at Green Mountain Sports and now he is hooking us up with my dream ski. Way to go Marshall!

    Shit

Need to decide between the 120’s and 202 138’s.

I have lp 105’s as daily drivers and supergoats as powder day skis.

    Tough decisions

Ha, feel ya. I’m Mfree 108s for DD and SG for pow days.

    Went 202 - 138s.

    4-10” will see the SG

    >10” will see the C138 for the first 3 hours followed by the SG for afternoon sloppy seconds.

I think you need 200 120s. Sell goats, profit?
