If all goes according to plan I'll get some gas station pizza at the sinclair in fairplay!

We usually do a bunch of different finger foods like wings, taco bites (individual cup style nachos stacked with taco stuff), pigs in a blanket, Caeser salad etc but this year doing rogan josh, basmati rice and hopefully the lady will make some naan.

    NYE 2021 _ _ > 2022 - Whats on the menu?

Empty nesters will be home (again)….

On the menu will be Filet and Salmon….and of course local brews from Wallenpaupack Brewing Co. and Log Tavern Brewery.

We will pray/hope 2022 will finally be the year we can see our family/friends again without the worry/stress that has consumed our lives the past 3 years.

    Cheers to better days!

Honestly I haven't decided. Either broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breasts or grilled salmon. Not sure at this point. If it's the former I need to go add to my grocery order before I go to bed.

Win. But only if you're southbound. Turning left in Fairplay is a no go.

It was going to be pussy, but given this assessment from the hospital public health director, I'm going to the spank bank store:

Given the local testing data, and case rates, Lindley said you should assume that almost 1 in 2 people are infected.

I went with the stuffed chicken breasts. Big hit. Is it a compliment if my wife said it was like being at a restaurant?

Not a menu issue, but on the road with the family celebrating NYE in hotel beds in Hershey PA watching the CNN coverage, as I find Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper more palatable than the rest.

That said, as a recovering alcoholic I'm honestly suprised how much this "news" channel is promoting drinking culture during almost every segment.

    Ugh

Family pulled the plug on visiting us and we bailed on the annual “framily” NYE celebration so we holed up and stuffed our faces.

Lobster rolls for lunch and lobster for dinner. I’d make a terrible influencer cause I always forgot to take pics until it’s too late.
