2017 Bibby pro thoughts
Thinking about buying a pair of 2017 190 Bibby pros locally and can't make sense of the Bibby wildcat model changes and 'good bad' years over the last ten years. They are this top sheet:

What's the hive mind consensus? I would prefer the heavier construction...

2017 Bibby pro thoughts
Yup that’s the OG Bibby (not the weird looser updated version) same dimensions as the new Wildcat but with a heavier core. I just bought that same ski. Go for it!

Yeah, I have this exact ski (bought in 2017). It’s sick.

Ditto - snatch it up, it’s a good one.

I have the Blister Pro 190, which is that same ski (just different topsheet). Probably my favorite ski **EVER** (when there is 6+ fresh - not a low tide ski, for me at least). Do it for sure.

The shitty Bibby years were '14 and '15, you had to get the blister pro if you wanted the same ski. Before, and up to the last year of the Bibby name are all pretty much identical. The first years of wildcat are too light and weaker, but in '21 they put the 108's core nto it and the ski got most of its weight back, and all of it back this year.
Go get them lad.
