Just adding I bought some pivots from bobleisure I thought it looked sketchy and they had them for a ridiculously low price. They took a couple days to ship but once they did they arrived super fast. Seemed faster than shipments coming from a couple states over. I would definitely buy from them again.

Any idea on FedEx brokerage fee for boots from Europe to US?

I’ve bought quite a few things from alpinstore, no issues, but I think those were all purchases I had delivered to Cham.

Yes the GW work with iso 5355. And for anyone wondering about USA shipping I've bought an unholy number of p15's in the last two months and they always are dead silent for 4ish days after order confirmation, send tracking info and are at your door in like 2 days. Not been hit with import taxes yet. Do recommend

Did you do a refund or did they replace with something else? I am hesitant to get footwear or clothing because I imagine the refund process to be cumbersome

Don't worry, I did the same in December with my P15s and it took a while to ship, but once it did, it was lightning fast. I emailed them asking about the timing, and they said my P15s were at an off-site warehouse and so that added some time to the delivery process. For me, it took almost 2 weeks but that was over the Xmas period.

I sent the item back and just re-ordered. Of course, shipping back to Germany cost me 73 bucks, but even adding that in it was still overall cheaper than any of the prices I saw from a domestic supplier, (for the Lake mtn bike shoes I wanted).

For Euro orders, both Blue Tomato and Telemark Pyrenees hooked it up in the last couple weeks. Skis from TP less $ than anywhere, ordered Sunday night and here on Wed. Bindings from BT under market and here in a week and a half because they ran out of stock. Would order from either again no problem.

Got 2 pairs of pivot 18s delivered today. They were shipped from the Netherlands 2 days ago. Arrived before the poles I ordered from backcountry which is a 15 minute drive from my house. Highly recommend.
