Ha, my last employer had an office nearby. The hotel we used to stay at is just a few blocks from that house. I've walked past it on the beach a few times, totally clueless to the carnival show within.

Nothing says doing it wrong like having mirrors on the bathroom ceiling but none on the bedroom ceiling. Not to mention having pools on different levels without a waterslide to connect them.

A full barber chair? It's not the only oddity in this $1.5 MM home.

    https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1...6714606_zpid/?

    What I see:
-His and her's in-wall mini-beverage fridges next to the three-step elevated bed.
-Seven (my count) shower heads in the huge open bathroom with the three person tub.
-Kitchen with no counter tops and one appliance (a cooktop).
-No pics nor mention of the mechanical systems, not sure the place can make hot water for the huge tub.

That house is a loud, death trap. I'd break my noggin slipping on those hard smooth floors. The curvy bed is interesting but not on a pedestal an additional 3ft off off the ground. I want to file an insurance claim just looking at the pictures.

That ABQ house looks like an unfinished remodel for some pro athlete.

How is it they do a massive remodel of a dump house like that and the smokes are hanging from the ceiling or missing?

They put at least $500k in that thing over the last few years and tons of corners were cut to put in some really stupid crap but come on... the smoke detectors were part of the permitting at least. Its 10 minutes a head at most.

All that baseboard heat means no AC too.

PS You can't watch tv in bed, when the bed is higher than the tv.

I don't understand why there is a room with a clothes washer... and no dryer? You just gonna head out and put the laundry on the line in the back yard?

    Coke induced paranoia?

I worked for a rich clown managing construction projects 20+ years ago who was a coke head. He said that when he was really deep into it that he was so whacked he wandered window to window with an Uzi thinking that people were after him.

Might be the same reason there are four lock sets on a door to the mirrored jacuzzi room:

uh, is it just me or do two of those locks look like they’re for keeping someone -in- the jacuzzi room?

I assume the smokes are missing because they were decommissioned by someone in the trades during renovations and nobody cared to fix it when they stopped getting paid
