And he had to park his fancy Jag in a big condo complex parking lot. Didn't even have covered parking as I recall--in fucking Vegas.

Apparently the RE market in Seattle is still chugging along...

Obviously it's all about the land. There's a new light rail station opening more or less across the street in two years. Still amazing that whoever owns this dump is probably going to be nearly a million dollars richer soon.

Being on the market for 124 days is not exactly a reassuring look.

And it's apparently a steal at 800k too. Here's the neighbors asking 1.2:

I notice a lot of this in Seattle - a decade or more into a housing crisis, an already upzoned lot- which is the alleged 'solution'- and nobody wants to touch it. You can put a 70 foot building there. 800k is not getting you much house these days in Shoreline either- a modern modular home is probably nicer than a lot of the aging housing stock.

My favorite is the unpainted ceiling in the garage, but holy shit: there is a lot going on throughout.

I don't mind it. I'd like it if it was a little less busy.

The only positives about that house are the taxes, $1,702. They went up 2% from previous year.

Outdoor decks look normal and nice, but in no way do they make up for the huge amount of weirdness in the rest of the house.

    Not a great neighborhood.

I’m really surprised it’s priced that high.

Price in 1998 was $25,000. Lol

Not lying, that looks just like Larry Flynt's office except it's about 20 times smaller and yes I've been in Larry Flynt's office.
