You gotta question the chops of any real estate agent who would take a listing like this. Hard up, or naive and just starting out come to mind.
    Assuming Steve wants to sell
You would expect a good agent to stage and decontent.

My daughter said Steve's place looks like what Trumps would if he were a Walmart manager.

I think you can play “Hidden Pictures” with Steve’s Palace. First one to find the coffee mate creamer gets to cut the line on opening day 22-23 at a ski resort of your choice.

That jar of coffee mate BTW is the same room with a shower and the second, smaller hot tub.

Other curiosities are the acronym SPQR prominently displayed in big letters two places. That has something to do with the history of the Senate and People of Ancient Rome. And has also been adopted by white nationalist groups. But I think in this case Steve is the ancient Rome buff, fanatic, freak.

I appreciate the $100 bill toilet paper roll cover. That just screams class and wealth.

Agree that's a great view, but I feel like that building was calling out for some cool timber joinery, or at least some big cast iron ties and bolts and stuff. Those big logs have all the drama of a stack of lincoln logs.

And they're asking for $190k more than a year ago. The neighbors must have been thrilled when this was built.

I need to click thru the pics. How do you suppose they mangled that so bad? Roof to round seam? Expansion/contraction?

Maybe all the way down from the roof, but from the looks of this floor and the proximity to the door I wonder if it came in right through the door/window setup there

The pictures leave a lot of questions unanswered, which may be a good thing. It seems there are some basement rooms attached to the garage, and then maybe there are rooms in the tower that aren't included in the pictures (?) Kind of hard to figure out what's going on

Do I get anything for knowing exactly what you meant without having to look it up?

I think if you've got the money to buy it you've probably got the money to fix it up. Location, location, location....
