I've heard stories of people thinking that kids playing in a park were undercover midget cops. Spent days trying to figure out how they were tracking him.
Also hours and hours spent looking out the peep hole in hotels doors.
Stimulant abuse is not a pleasant situation.

Maybe a combo washer dryer for the guests? I’ve stayed in a few places that had a combined condensing washer/dryer set up where there wasn’t enough space for separate washer and dryers.
The average person would have to spend 1.5 million remodeling this place to be semi normal, so that makes this a tear down?

Wait, there’s an HOA for your own private island? Wild

It's doublespeak. That listing is for a peninsula that has an "island" at the end. The main island isn't accessible by public transportation and there's no public dock, so in that respect it's private.
And AFAIK, the entire island is private property. It was held by a handful of individuals until it was developed in the 70s. Those houses on the northwest end are one big gated (by water) community, with private roads, a paved airstrip and a marina. They pay another island to come get their garbage with a barge. Don't know what they do for water, but that's got to cost something too.

The map shows its part of a much larger island. Unless the map is wrong.

With this fix-n-flip you get two urinals in the kitchen.
The urinals might be a gag or decoration, there is no flush valve hardware shown -- but still who does such a dumb ass thing? Ringing in at slightly less dumb are all the beer taps around the house including one above a toilet in the master (and only) bath room.

I have a feeling the beer taps and the urinals are somehow connected.
