interwebs rando search says it was rumored to be FSF. I’m not sure if he’s good or not in an architects views, but imo the ww2 memorial is horrible.

some of it is the residents built an encompassing modern home, but wanted to keep rando furnishing crap in a way that will never work with the design they chose (like the piano that will sound like shit and probably never be in tune and also sticks out like hell in not a good way. If it were more baroque it’d at least look a gallery piece, or you could go for a much more modern piano)

This was peak manic Kanye where everything he touched seemed to turn to gold and he was married to a billionaire, became a billionaire himself, and could not be sure what was delusion and what was reality. And then he found the edge (as hunter thompson would say), and went over the edge, and hasnt found the bottom of that edge yet.

That's just down the road from me. The adjoining areas have blown up, with a bunch of $6-15M new builds going in. The conservation encumbrance will prevent this one from being fully built out but the new buyers will certainly find a way to create some tax-havens for folks.
