    Jacket like Stoic Welder Hi?

Looking for a jacket similar to the old Stoic Welder Hi: soft shell, monkey fleece lining, permanent hood. Any recommendations? Thanks

OR made a jacket like this which has been discontinued. I’ve got one and I love it. But can’t remember he name of it for the life of me.

The MH Keele could possibly work, but the current ("grid") seems to be different than the one I bought 1Y ago.
To call it a softshell is a bit of a stretch, but it has a hard face and it's, to some degree, wind resistant. It has a monkey style fleece inside and a hood.

Thanks - it looks like they changed the design on the Keele.

Arcteryx used to have one. It was awesome. Can’t remember the name. Costco has something similar the past few years as well for a good deal.

OR Vigor Plus looks like it could be close. Will likely be ordering one soon.

    ^ thanks - that's a nice hoody, but I need a more robust shell.

Yeah, not quite as thick of a face material as the Welder.

I have an older stoic welder insulated jacket, must have been the predecessor to the monkey fleece one you have. Another jacket to check out, not monkey fleece lined but has a thin wool insulation... BD BoundaryLine Mapped. I bought one, ended up returning it because I ended up going hardshell route, but I was impressed with it. Had a great feel, super comfortable, good fit.

Found another cheap option, but not nearly as quality as the Welder Hi. Costco has a Kirkland brand softshell with a Sherpa style fleece interior for $25. Has a zip off hood and velcro cuffs. I grabbed one to try for casual use and it's pretty nice for $25.
