Are you also a basin skier?

I hike up that way a few times a week, it's pretty bleak up there right now.

Yes, you have a pass? If you are interested in partnering up for the sidecountry there lemme know.

I went up there Sunday to take pics of Hells Canyon before the snow, to see where the shit snow would be underneath mid-season. And it looks like ski season there won't really get going until January sometime - I hope.

We are staying ski in ski out at Copper this weekend. My wife found a great deal in September. We are leaving Friday at 3:30. It’s the wife, 3.5 year old and 6 year old.

I understand they really only have two ways down the mtn. Plus the mtn dew snowboard tour is having an event all weekend so that took snowmaking focus away from terrain. Tons of people will come for that. Those fans will be all inspired by the pros and will have a need to get rad on slopes with little kids. Plus it's going to snow for the first time all year and be cold in Denver.

We will make the best of it. Our girls won’t know any better and will have a blast. WISH ME LUCK!!

Today was fun on WROD. Sunny, cold and not many skiers.

I’m not super excited about the WROD this year. An early season blues confession.

Yikes!! Looks like nothing from the weekend stayed around.

Looks like they got IP turning. That’s something.

Did a Sunday 1 to 4 shift yesterday. It was nice and it cleared out enough to finally let em run and bend the shit out of some skis. Good times.

Always go with green wax if you want to be safe.

The new deer crossing sign is an effort to take the D out of WROD.
