Tell Santa what you want for Christmas

Retailers everywhere have already started decking their halls with sparkly reds and greens, which can only mean one thing. Yes, it's that time of year again boys and girls! The festivus of consumption! Some have their gear closet dialed just right. Others are content with the beater gear that's stood up to years of abuse. But what is Santa to do with the dirtbag who has eyes only for a $400 binding, a $20 bottle of schnapps and nothing else? What have they not thought of? That which he or she doesn't even know they need?

    Here's the game:
    1. Budget under $150
    2. An atypical item that significantly enhanced your avg ski/bike day or life experience.

Ex: Zippo's rechargeable hand warmers for the Reynaud's-afflicted

Great thread! Here’s my $0.02: first aid or emergency response training. WFR courses are likely over $150, but if you look around in your area you may find something useful within that budget.

Hestra Vertical Cut Freeride gloves in Hulk green as they provide great protection (and a fun visual) when punching a tourist in the dick during apres... (Check eBay as I think they may have been discontinued )

I just bought those travel boot dryers that have been recommended on here, because someone just gifted me an REI gift card. You fuckers better be right about them.

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

That is a fucking creepy santa...like clown creepy...like he asked for and received about a pound of cocaine for Christmas and is about half way through it. If I had a daughter I wouldn't even let her look at that freak.

Never the less, I want Pat and Keith to do a PM Gear/Praxis collab again and this time press a Lhasa Fat in the Kusala camber profile - with an ultralight core. So, 117-118 mm Kusala tour. It's been done before. I want that REALLY bad
