    FS - K2 Mindbender 108Ti - 186-cm

    SOLD - K2 Mindbender 108Ti
    Throwback Merlin Edition
    186-cm length

Mounted once for latest Marker Griffon demo bindings (not included although I haven’t removed the plates yet)

These have maybe been skied 2-3 days and are in quite Minty condition. Bases and edges are super clean, with one small/minor scuffed area found in the last photo.

They are a graphic blem with slight mis-alignment of the topsheet you can see in the tips.

Bought these for a family member who decided on something else.

$299 + shipping to lower 48 or arrange pickup in north Seattle/south Snohomish county area. Happy to take PayPal or Venmo as f/f or you cover fees.

They came out last season. I also had a Merlin IV and also have my own version of these throwbacks.

I've seen those marks on a few pairs of used skis that I've picked up over the years. Until today, I've always wondered what caused it. Thanks BCO!

Did these sell? Thoughts on overlap with the rustler 11.

Not gone yet. I’ve always thought that the MB108 is like 50% Rustler 11 and 50% Enforcer 100.

They are similar to the Rustler in that they are very good in soft snow and on groomers. But the feel is a little different. They are easier on firm snow since they don’t require high edge angles. They are also a bit more damp than the Rustler IMO. The MB108 has a softer shovel and is loose in the tail which makes it nearly as good of a floater as an R11.

So, I suppose they both cover the same conditions well, and that could be considered overlap. They have different feels, though.
