Has anyone noticed how 2 years into the plague, the Vax has become the odd line in the sand, the hill ppl are willing to die upon? I get that day 1, modifiable factors were not really on the table. Now into the 20th month of March 2020, evidence is EVERYWHERE that diabetes, sleep apnea, obesity, activity levels, tobacco use, alcohol use, COPD, if you change your socks…. play a massive role in what happens when you eventually come in contact with COVID-19, but Vax’d folks are saints & the rest are a-holes.

Are we really this binary?

Yeah, that tracks. The vax is the odd line in the sand unless, of course, you consider:

People who refused to social distance or stop holding mass gatherings - pre-vax
People who refused to wear a mask or accosted people who did - pre-vax
People who down played COVID or called it a hoax - pre-vax
People who purposely spread disinformation on COVID - pre-vax
People who battled every single preventative measure and policy - pre-vax

Then

We got the vax and it turned out that these very same people didn't want that either. And they go to great lengths to undermine and spread even more disinformation on both COVID and the vaccines.

So yeah, odd line in the sand happening just now, and for the very first time since the pandemic began.... Do you know Rip-Van-Winkle?

People kept their businesses open during lockdown and flaunted social distance rules - in many instances, these businesses were fined / lost licenses and suffered consequences.

I'm sure you're a fine guy/gal, but your observation doesn't really hold water - it's not a new story, it's the exact same story.

I guess I should rephrase, I don’t dislike fat girls, I’m not attracted to them. Some guys are, I’m not judging.

Riser, if you’re truly worried about Covid, you should consider losing some weight. Not every obese patient winds up in ICU but most of the ventilated patients are overweight/obese.
