I think Gamma would probably be the closest hot spring to baker

Try Canada for hot springs. Goldmeyer and Brietenbush are my favorite in the PNW.

I get done work around Dec 3. Will head up to baker till Xmas or so. Looking forward to checking out the area. Never been.
Then prob be back at some point for another period of weeks. Mostly midweek pass is a full pass after March 18 so maybe then.

There was one along there a few years back that sticks in my mind.
I was expecting to see more carnage in Fed Forest when I drove up to GW yesterday afternoon. Couldn't really tell anything new though.
GW fire chief not reporting anything else other the dry creek closure this morning after last night's rain.

Between the burn scars and last year's atmospheric river fest it seems like we should be nearing the point where all the stuff that's going to slide onto 410 does. (I know that's not how it actually works, but it does feel that way sometimes)
