Not entirely true. A bakers cyst can be caused by anything that causes inflammation of the joint, one of which is arthritis. A bakers cyst is just a collection of synovial fluid that has leaked from the joint.

I tore my meni at mt rose 20 yrs ago. I was fat and out of shape and loaded up on steak and lobster.
The key to me. Simple Walmart brace, one day with out it this yr. I felt it.
Also, lateral leg strength. Hip flexors and the inside ones too, top priority. Also helps with lower back discs.
I’m now doing kettle bells and I like the hip strength it’s giving me. Curious how it will help this yr.

Monovisc is hyaluronic acid. Just like Synvisc, Gel One, Supartz, and others. They are all just different brands.

^^^^ yep. The Monovisc was one-shot vs. 3. Was a lengthy event.
I have mastered all major sporting activities to a high degree of mediocrity.
